Meditation isn't a super-power, it's the ability to gain focussed attention, and anyone can do it. This course will start you on your journey and show you how to reclaim your calm, form positive habits, and keep your sh*t together when times are tough.


Do you often snap, get overwhelmed or overthink? Do you struggle to sit still and focus? Do you find it hard to quieten your mind and calm your thoughts? Are you strapped for time and feel like you're always racing the clock? Does the thought of meditation daunt you but somehow you know it might help? 

 

I can honestly say that meditation has saved me. In the hardest and darkest periods of my life, meditation has been a constant daily practice, whether for 2 mins or 2 hours. I like to think of it as a little protective bubble that I put on and the worries of the world can't get in.

Living your best life really is all up to you but it's hard to know where to start when it feels so out of reach. This short course will start you on a journey to building a life you didn't think was possible.


Do you look at those sickly happy people on Instagram and hate to admit that you feel a bit jealous? How are they living what looks like their best life whilst I'm struggling to keep my shit together on a daily basis?


I used to sit back and dream about the life I wanted to live, how I wanted to feel, what job I wanted to have, where I wanted to be. You might not think it is possible, but changing your mindset through intention setting can change your entire world for the better.

This course comes from my heart to yours. My aim is to give you a guide through the wilderness of a relationship breakdown, to help you heal and come out the other side.


It can be one of the most impactful moments of your life, an emotional roller-coaster, and when a relationship breaks down sometimes you have no idea where to turn. It can be completely isolating, daunting, and painful and definitely hard to navigate by yourself.


This course is written for those people who have come to me seeking advice and guidance on how to come out the other side of a relationship breakdown and still keep their shit together, stronger than before.



Hey, I'm Lou. I'm a working, single parent of three children, trying to juggle life, work, home, exercise, the school run, the soccer mum duties, the damn washing pile that never ends, the lawn mowing, the school volunteering, and oh wait...during all of that I try not lose my shit like a crazy banshee in the supermarket when I leave my shopping bags in the car!

I've been practicing yoga for 18 years and gained my yoga teacher certification in 2010 but didn't really delve into meditation or healing until my world completely changed around me. In the past 4 years I've been through the breakdown of a 21 year relationship; become a single-parent of 3 childen 3.5 years apart; left a 15 year career; changed my sexuality; experienced domestic violence, anxiety and depression; and cared for a loved one with mental illness.

It's through these lived experiences that I've developed techniques to keep my sh*t together, not 100% of the time (I'm not a Saint!), but enough to make my way through an intense time of darkness and healing. I want to share what I've learnt with you x Lou
